我去看了，也看了你的回帖，是不是第一條總結可以補充為

1，如果LC申請超過一年以上(no result yet or approved) 或是I-140申請超過一年以上(no result yet)，H-1B六年之後的延期總共隻有三年，而且是一年一延。 （如果H1B6年之後的延期3年之內1-140還沒有批準，H1-B的一年延一年還可以再申請）

因為就看第一條的話，感覺一年延1年的3年到了，就不能延了。
