關於綠卡排期的問題

我們的情況如下：
2004年4月遞交了485，
2004年10月打手印，
2005年140獲批準，
2005年9月12號485補件寄達移民局。
我們的綠卡是不是受到現在政策（排期）的影響？

我不知道綠卡排期究竟是什麽意思？
第一：什麽叫“退回到2000年”的排期？2000是指你遞交案子的時間嗎？比如你在2000年五月一號之前遞交的NIW 類485申請才會獲得批準，在此之後的，如果你的485到目前還沒有被批準，要等五年半？
第二：是不是所有的綠卡案件，不論你什麽時候遞交的申請，都要退回到2000年去等待？在明年的指標下來之前，今年就不會再有綠卡獲批了？
