簡而言之一句話：現在綠卡沒批準的都受影響。
如果你的Priority Date是2003年12月的話，你需要等到美國外交部公布的綠卡配額上EB1的時間變為2003年12月或以後，或Current才有可能被批準
此時間的變化不定，有時一個月前進好幾個月，有時還會倒退。但也說不定下個月就會變為Current.
