NIW 和LC 同時申請可以嗎？

由於大倒退，我想在10月之前file NIW，把485 先排上期。同時LC 的申請今天就遞上去。我的問題是同時申請NIW 對勞工卡這類的申請有沒有影響？再有，等勞工卡批準後，我是應該file一個新的I140，對吧？如果這個I140批準後，可不可以直接把LC的140轉到先前file的NIW 的485上？還有一個問題，聽說，485 file上去6個月就可以換工作，或者即使幫助申請的公司倒閉也不會影響綠卡的申請，是真的嗎？非常急，望各位大俠能盡快給個建議。
