I am hoping the NIW will be approved, i just want to put the 485 in the line, is it OK? Because i heard it takes more than a year for the INS to review the NIW application, so i want to get my LC and 140 before they start to review my NIW case, and transfer the 485 to the LC category. Do you think it's legal and possible?
