moving to HongKong

Sorry that I couldn't type in Chinese.

We are considering moving to Hongkong. Can anyone share some information on the following issues:

1) Tax for income in HongKong, especially for foreign citizens
2) Can foreign citizen kids go to regular Hongkong schools ( not international school)? If so, what the cost would be look like?
3) What the typical living expense in Hong Kong, including renting an apartment that can accompany two adults and two small children. Say about 1000-1300 sqft in general areas that can reach south Kowloon within 30-45 mins. by train.
