二尖瓣返流嚴重，求救

My hu*****and is diagosed with 二尖瓣返流嚴重, I want to seek any suggestions. Below are the details:

1. Mirtral Valve regurgitation is severe

2. Mild to mederate pulmonary hypertension

3. The left vertricular cavity size is moderately increased

4. The left atrial area is moderately dilated

5. The mitral valve is myxomatous and there maybe a ruptured cord around the antenior leaflet.

Looks like he hase to have a open heart surgery to replace or repair the mirtral valve? Is there any options, such as 微創手術／經導管手術?

Which hospitals in us are the best in this area? We live in midwest, close to Chicago.
