Vaccinating rate is of course declining after a certain time

The rate cannot keep increasing after most people vaccinated. Anyone who knows high school math understands this. 

Fighting the COVID19 likes campaigning a fire war. if you wait until everyone fully grasps its emergence, damage will be already  done well long ago. 

Yes people have freedom to express their own views, but controlling pandemic is far more important than voicing one'c voice based on misinformation and rumor...
