我父親86歲，今年3月發現原發肝癌，Segment 1 尾狀肝的瘤子6.5厘米，Segment 4有1.5cm的瘤子。無法手術。
4月底做了TACE（Transarterial Chemoembolization，經動脈化學栓塞），Segment 1的瘤子縮小為3.2cm 和 1.5cm, 但Segment 4的瘤子增大到3cm.
最近要做第二次介入。
1、請問是TACE還是Y90（經動脈載藥微球栓塞）？有醫生說用TACE, 有醫生說用Y90。
2、有醫生說TACE次數多了，血管會堵塞，影響以後的介入。因此做了兩次TACE後, 效果會變差。但好像聽說Y90不會堵塞血管。
3、做了TACE後，如果有必要，能否再做Y90？

If the number of tumors is more than one, and the maximum size of a tumor is larger than 5 cm, in general, it is better to use Y90 in the first intervention proecedure; of course, for detailed case, need to talk with interventional radiologists.
