DISC LEVELS: Multilevel mild degenerative disc disease
FACET JOINTS: Mild facet arthropathy in the lower lumbar spine
LUMBOSACRAL JUNCTION: Unremarkable
SACRUM AND SI JOINTS: Unremarkable
