Mild multilevel degenerative disc disease with mild facet arthropathy in the lower lumbar spine.

FINDINGS:
ALIGNMENT: Mild dextroscoliosis. Mild retrolisthesis of L3 on 4 and L4 on 5
BONES: Unremarkable. No aggressive osseous lesion or fracture
POST-SURGICAL FINDINGS: None
DISC LEVELS: Multilevel mild degenerative disc disease
FACET JOINTS: Mild facet arthropathy in the lower lumbar spine
LUMBOSACRAL JUNCTION: Unremarkable
SACRUM AND SI JOINTS: Unremarkable
OTHER: None
