試了半年的檸檬，臉上一塊小黑斑就是去不掉，請問怎辦？

臉上好幾年前長了疙瘩，弄破後，留下一小塊黑斑。Google上說，擦檸檬汁3月可去掉；我試了6個月，無效。請問如何有效無疼痛去臉上黑斑？？謝謝！
