求助: thyroid removal surgery incision recover

Did thyroid removal surgery. 術後手術傷口未能完全愈合 (傷口表麵不平整)。已經４１天了。 還是有裂口。前天感覺有點癢。 午休時覺得傷口處拉的有點緊。晚上就覺得傷口疼。今早發現傷口右端新增一道小裂口。昨天和今天的傷口照片如圖所示。

請教各位專家， 是否需要在傷口處貼個膠帶什麽的來幫助傷口愈合？一般如何護理這種傷口？難道得一直低頭避免脖子傷口處肌肉用力？怎樣加快恢複速度?
