需要叫救護車不？

我爸打來電話說我媽媽（69歲）晚飯後突然頭暈，惡心，一睜眼看眼前東西轉，測了血壓150/90。 

我在給city health centre打電話谘詢護士，還在線上等。 

趕緊來這問問這種情況需要趕緊叫救護車不？
