做了骨頭密度測試，報告說有osteopenia

還沒有去見醫生。我的問題是osteopenia 是嚴重問題嗎？在亞裔婦女中普遍嗎？下邊是報告：

AP Spine (L1-L4): 0.73 g/cm2; T-Score -2.4, Z-Score -0.8; osteopenia
Left Femur Neck: 0.644 g/cm2; T-Score -1.8, Z-Score -0.4; osteopenia
