任何藥都有副作用，關鍵是哪個更重要，好處更多還是副作用。

over the counter 一般都很安全的。

我偶爾吃過兩種（ZZZQuil sleep aid and melatonin），副作用幾乎為零。

但是沒有一起吃過，不知道效果是否更好？
