我家那些藥——新冠

大疫當前，有備無患。

除了隔離消毒用品及措施外，我家在醫藥方麵的準備如下：

（都是在美國以合法的方式和渠道購買的, 可按藥名查詢。除了azithromycin，都是OTC）

必備物品：

非接觸紅外體溫儀：Non Contact Digital Infrared Thermometer

脈博血氧飽和度儀：Finger Pulse Oximeter

醫用酒精（91% isopropanol )。高熱時物理降溫用

 

西藥

1. Basic Care Cold & Flu Relief Multi-Symptom Daytime/Nighttime Combo Pack Softgels，和 Vicks DayQuil Cold & Flu and Vicks NyQuil Cold & Flu

兩者成份一樣，都是感冒藥，要及時用。後者貴一倍，且時常斷貨

 

2. Imodium A-D Anti-Diarrheal Softgels。嚴重腹瀉時用，配合Gatorade 或 7up.

3. ValuMeds Adult Cough Relief for Adults Dextromethorphan HBr 15mg

4. GoodSense Tussin DM, Cough Suppressant & Expectorant,

這兩種都是止咳的，主要成份相同。在咳嗽劇烈無痰時使用，先用小劑量，逐漸增加，不要超過每天限量。3使用方便，4劑量可調整。

 

5. Ascorbic Acid Powder (Vitamin C) 2 LBS。在懷疑有感冒時就用，一次4克，溫水化開吞服。四小時後，如無改善，再來。成年男性，每天二十克為限；女性十六克。

 

6. azithromycin 250 mg tablet。抗菌素，據說對新冠病毒有一點作用。

7. Zinc Picolinate 50mg。平時隔日一粒，確認染新冠毒時，與6合用。

8. Tylenol Extra Strength Caplets, 500mg，高燒時慎用，注意每天限量。低燒不用。

9. Alpha Liopic Acid 600 Mg Capsule。在出現肺炎病重時，抑製炎症風暴。

 

注意：

1 裏麵有325mg of acetaminophen; 8裏麵有500mg同樣成份。超劑量可以造成肝髒損傷。

在有普通感冒症狀時用1，高燒時用8，不要加在一起用。

（The FDA recommends that adults take no more than 4,000 mg per day of acetaminophen, though many physicians, including Hochman, counsel patients not to exceed 3,000 mg per day when possible to further reduce any potential risk of liver damage. ）

 

 

保健品

1. Astragalus Extract 500 mg (Standardized to 70% Polysaccharides)

2. Licorice Root Cut and Sifted (Glycyrrhiza glabra), in 1 lbs. Bulk

3. Crystallized Ginger Slices

這三種用於改善身體狀況，因人而異。

4. 陳皮梅。調理胃腸

 

中藥及植物藥

Artemisinin 500mg 青蒿素。據說可以抗病毒。

Huo Hsiang Cheng Chi Shuei 藿香正氣水。重度腹瀉（水樣便）時吞服，見效快。

Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Wan 藿香正氣丸。藥效緩，適合溏瀉。

順氣化痰止咳丸。適用於以咳喘等症狀為主的肺炎早期，有高熱時停用。

桂枝茯苓丸。在肺炎漸重，血氧飽和度降低時服用。取其清血祛濕之力。

 

自產中藥，按病情組方。

紫蘇

桑葉

薄荷

魚腥草

金銀花

還有十幾種………

外加廚房調料幾十種。
