小的結節可以穿刺嗎？今年一共發現四個結節。2012年就右邊一個8mm， 2015年兩個，2017年三個。就是個數增加，大小沒怎麽變化。平時沒感覺，激素正常。

TECHNIQUE: Real time and color Doppler ultrasound imaging were performed of the thyroid gland and surroundings.

FINDINGS:
The right thyroid lobe measures 5.9 x 1.2 x 1.7 cm and the left lobe measures 5.0 x 0.9 x 1.5 cm in length, AP and transverse dimensions.
Right lobe:
Nodule 1: Anterior upper pole 4 x 3 x 3 mm or intermediate echogenicity solid nodule. Smooth well-defined margins. No microcalcifications. No internal vascularity. Indeterminate.
Nodule 2: Central interpolar 7 x 3 x 6 mm intermediate echogenicity solid nodule with small cystic component. Smooth well-defined margins. There is a single coarse calcification. No microcalcifications. No internal vascularity. Indeterminate.
Nodule 3: Lower pole 10 x 7 x 9 mm peripherally calcified nodule. No microcalcifications. Smooth well-defined margins. There is internal vascularity. Indeterminate.
Left lobe:
Nodule 1: Anterior lower pole 6 x 3 x 6 mm intermediate echogenicity solid nodule. Smooth well-defined margins. No microcalcifications. There is internal vascularity. Indeterminate.
