請問各位醫生：可用Lung washing procedure 洗肺治COVID-19？

我不是醫生。我看到有用lung lavage procedure來治肺病的，千慮之後得一問題：

Can I use a ventilator to input some disinfectant such as saline , Alcohol etc. to

kill the virus?
