昨夜試了蒜泥呼吸法

3瓣大蒜搗碎，放紗布袋，再放CPAP裏。貌似有點用，看下午喉嚨不舒服感能否減輕。打算堅持，我相信，病毒肯定不喜歡大蒜味。

最近VC減量了很多，因為常有惡心感，不知道是不是體內VC過量。減了VC後喉嚨幹和不適感變厲害些。蓮花清瘟一直在吃，似乎沒啥壞處，但是還沒看到明顯效果。
