手上皮炎 求助 （有圖有真相）

反反複複很多年了，沒有水泡，很幹，奇癢無比。試過各種護膚，精油，蘆薈都沒用。美國醫生開的藥根本沒用。之前擦了這裏推薦的一幹二淨好了，但之後又犯了，藥也不管用了。請問這到底是什麽，美國醫生說是eczema? 苦悶，請高人指點，謝謝
