我查了一下，切開後不變褐色的蘋果不一定是轉基因的

有著一種叫做Opal 的黃蘋果，大概是2010年左右通過雜交培育的，切開很長時間也不變色。之後是否又有了其他品係，沒有查到。

然後到了2017年出現了Arctic 品牌的轉基因蘋果，到2018年有三個品係：黃香蕉蘋果，青蘋果，富士蘋果。

目前轉基因蘋果，隻有Arctic 這一個商標品牌。
