急問：膽總管擴張這麽快，是不是搞錯了？？

今天看了近日核磁共振（MRI)膽總管擴張報告為11mm;3個半月前的CT掃描為 8 mm,才3個多月，就擴張3mm; 如此，一年不就到了20mm; 報告依然認為mild extrahepatic bile dcut dilation, 與 CT 結論類似。

MRI 認為：

Mild extrahepatic bile duct dilation, without bile duct stricture or common bilde duct stone, probably of no clinical significance. If there is a clinical suspicion for an onstructing process, endoscopic ultasound is recommended to exclude a small mass at the head of the pancreas or ampulla.

醫生建議進一步檢查，有必要嗎？什麽原因導致這快速膽總管擴張？謝謝任何建議！

• 膽總管/肝外膽管擴張大多是繼發性的，主要原因是結石堵塞遠端膽總管，還有就是腫瘤。胰頭腫物可從外壓迫遠端膽總管，膽管內的 -老道- ♂ (510 bytes) () 01/12/2020 postreply 17:50:41
