Dark/tarry stool today , is it serious?

4年前中國回來後有過胃出血，是幽門杆菌引起的。治好了。今天我大便是dark and tarry. 這幾天確實是經常有burps .胃有一點點的不舒服，要不要馬上去看醫生？
