注射疫苗後，患帶狀皰疹人數減少為3333X3%=100，患帶狀皰疹神經痛減少為333X9%=30及600X9％=54。

所以，不打疫苗不患帶狀皰疹的可能性是67%，打疫苗不患帶狀皰疹的是99%。不打疫苗不患神經痛的可能性是93%-97%，打疫苗後不患神經痛的是99.4%-99.7%。打疫苗後不患神經痛的可能性最多增加6%!
