蘋果一個，連皮，香蕉一個，檸檬一個，去皮，藍莓一小把，蜂蜜隨意，調到自己喜歡的甜度。最後，加一些亞麻籽或者大麻子，（一人10g）。vitamix加冰或者水打成泥。四人分。美顏祛斑黑發效果杠杠。
