簡單說說: 防曬霜有物理防曬和化學防曬; 買物理防曬的，不要買化學防曬的

另,  我找來個圖. 大家看看.   SPF值與UV保護chart.

市麵上出售的防曬霜,有標明SPF15, 30, 45, 65,  甚至號稱SPF高達75+的. 其實SPF高的沒必要,  是產品噱頭.

即便想塗防曬霜, 一般而言選擇SPF15,,頂多30的就可以了,  除非大夏天烈日去海邊可用SPF45.
