經版友推薦， 上星期到這裏的一個大學泌尿科教授/ 專家那裏谘詢3rd opinion. 他同意上一位專科醫生的說法， 認為目前not valuable for biopsy， 同時又進一步給出了這些理由：
1. Your have numerous times PSA free pretty high. That means risk is very, very low,
2. Although your PSA is high, your PSA density is low, less than 0.1. Say if normal prostate volume is 30 and PSA value 4.0, then, the normal PSA density should be 0.1333.
3. Suggest to do a 4K score and exosome test, if both are normal, then you are just like a regular people. If abnormal, then, do MRI.
4. Take both Proscar and Tamsulosin for 6 months, then, do PSA, PSA Free and TRUS again. Your PSA should drop about in half. Your prostate volume should be shrink about 1/3.
現在2比1了， 應該沒事了吧？ 頭疼的是找不到地方去做4K score and exosome test， 還要自掏腰包.
