媽媽的口腔苔蘚問題

媽媽的口腔苔蘚有2年了， 最近半年還在北京最好的口腔醫院看過，吃了很多藥也不見效。雖然不是大毛病，但是對生活還是有很大的影響。有人知道美國有什麽有效的治療方法和藥品嗎？多謝了
