雙側卵巢囊腫 & 子宮內膜瘤&子宮內膜息肉

由於有不規則出血，做了B超，發現有雙側卵巢囊腫 & 子宮內膜瘤&子宮內膜息肉 :（, 請教右邊的囊腫需要拿掉嗎？有比要進一步做刮宮檢查嗎？（約了FRIDAY見醫生，想心裏有些譜）謝謝。

 

1. Anteverted and retroflexed uterus with small 10 mm intramural
posterior fundal myoma.

2. Probable 17 x 6 x 10 mm endometrial polyp arising from the
anterior endometrium.

3. Bilateral ovarian cysts with homogeneous low-level echoes,
consistent with endometriomas.

Uterus: Measures 8.5 x 3.6 x 5.2 cm. The uterus is anteverted and
retroflexed. Normal in appearance with a 8 x 9 x 10 mm small
intramural left posterior fundal myoma.
Endometrium: Endometrial bilayer measures up to 10 mm. A 1.7 x
0.6 x 1.0 cm ovoid mildly echogenic mass with single vascular
stalk arising from the anterior endometrium most suggestive of an
endometrial polyp. Some low level mobile echoes are seen around
this mass.
Right ovary: The right ovary measures 6.5 x 3.3 x 3.9 cm. It
contains a 5.5 x 2.8 x 3.1 cm cyst versus 2 adjacent cysts with
homogeneous low-level echoes and increased shine through.
Intraovarian flow is present.
Left ovary: The left ovary measures up to 4.1 x 3.4 x 3.4 cm and
contains a 3.1 x 2.7 x 2.6 cm cyst with fluid-fluid level with
