太粗了,不好消化。最近早餐還是改喝牛奶,沒事就生吃蘿卜。胃也不疼不脹氣,消化也正常了。我覺得蘿卜是個好東西,前段時間吃蘋果啥的都胃疼,唯獨吃蘿卜不疼。
