請骨科醫生看看X光結果，是否骨折了，謝謝先！

朋友摔了，胸部碰撞桌邊，左肋表麵瘀青，X光的報告是：

EXAMINATION: RIB UNILAT, W/ AP CHEST LEFT 
 INDICATION: XXX old woman with recent fall and left sided rib pain, h/o 
severe osteoporosis// evaluate left sided rib fracture 
 IMPRESSION: 
 Frontal and oblique views show no definite evidence of rib fracture or 
pneumothorax. Extensive costal cartilage calcification in the lower ribs 
makes it difficult to unequivocally exclude a nondisplaced fracture. 

請網友看看，是否骨折了？

• 肋骨的鈣化造成很難確診非錯位性骨折。所以不好說有無骨折。肋骨骨折的治療就是養著，一般不會手術。吃些止痛藥。 -momjr- ♀ (0 bytes) () 12/19/2018 postreply 07:21:06
