請幫忙翻譯一下X光結果,今天被家庭醫生叫去要求做CT和悅專科醫生。有點擔心，

there is an infiltrate involving the left lower lobe

there is pleural thickening involving the left lung base, with volume loss and lower left pulmonary hilum.

there also is hyperdensity in the region of AP window on the PA view.

the right lung is clear.

without any previous history , these findings are suggesting remote TB or other forme of left lung infection with secondary pleural and peribroncheal scarring. I cannot however rule out the presence of mediastinal mass and ongoing active lung pathology.
