乳房有硬塊疼痛，會是乳腺增生？謝謝

三年前我左乳頭流血， 切了一口子說是乳管堵塞沒事， 前幾天開始乳頭周圍腫脹有硬塊疼痛，會是乳腺增生嗎？ 每年做mammogram 都沒問題
