鑒於病人的歲數，我的建議是盲試一下靶向藥，對路的話，一個星期見效

先試試EGFR的，再試ALK的。用最新的藥，副作用小。不用做活檢了，痛苦不說，破壞了腫瘤的完整，其實不好
