Do you want to build up your muscle only (meaning your body fat is in okay range), or reduce body fat at the same time?

If the latter, you need to adjust your diet in the first 1-2 months.

There are plenty of diet articles online, but the one worked for me was low fat (or no fat) diet. Drink a lot of water is also critical.
