中年婦女一枚，好多年不長痘了，最近下巴兩邊時不時地冒青春痘

有幾個痘知道是因為吃了辣的，有幾個痘是因為偶爾熬夜，可是吃飯睡覺都注意了還是時不時一兩個痘冒出來。怎麽辦呢？好像也沒有到需要看醫生的程度，可是每天看見痘痘還是有點心煩。
