求助 淋巴結腫大3-4周了1.5CM左右的圓形 需要看specialist嗎？

13歲男孩，淋巴結腫大3-4周了，大約1.5CM左右的圓形，抬起頭來，很明顯能看到左下頜下麵的圓形凸起，不痛比較硬，是什麽病啊？很害怕
