INDICATION: Chronic intractable headache, dizziness, reduced hearing, tinnitus
progressive for one year.
TECHNIQUE. Sagittal T1, axial FLAIR, T2, T1 and gradient echo t2-weighted images
of the head were obtained followed by intravenous infusion 13 ml Prohance repeat
axial and coronal t1-weighted images and axial diffusion weighted images

The structures of the cranial base including paranasal sinuses are
unremarkable

spontaneous intracranial CSF hypotension although other etiologies such as
meningitis cannot be excluded.
