咽喉腫痛怎麽辦

也不咳嗽也沒有鼻涕也不噴嚏，就是吞口水都痛。

昨天開始的，已經喝了蜂蜜水，檸檬水，維生素泡騰片。

可是周日同事還約了吃火鍋，怎麽辦呢？要不要吃個消炎藥呢？不過我想盡量不吃藥，而且我對有些消炎藥過敏。
