左邊胸口痛，排除心髒、血管和肺，還有什麽需要注意的？

我周末貼了懷疑冠心病的帖子，非常感謝大家的注意和建議。

昨天星期二淩晨，胸口實在痛，不敢馬虎，匆匆忙忙去了ER急救室，結果沒有查出什麽問題，包括心電圖和驗血，一切正常。昨天中午做了常規stress test, 也非常正常，做Stess tess(跑步)的時候胸口不痛，不知道會不會影響檢查結果。

三個月前照了X-ray, 胸部正常。也沒有呼吸困難，或者咳嗽之類的，所以我覺得肺應該沒問題的。

但是，現在左胸口還是時不時有點痛，並且覺得是裏麵痛，不像是骨頭痛。是否還需要做個 echo stress test? 我個人不喜歡 nuclear stress test, 因為有強烈的放射性。

如果不是心髒、血管、肺，還可能是什麽問題呢？應該不要緊了吧？
