腰椎間盤突出

我媽媽64歲，在中國。她有腰椎盤突出十來年了，

這幾年越來越嚴重了。醫生每次就給她開藥吃，

吃完一個療程後好點，但過不了多久又複發了。

這幾天她又腰疼，兩腿發痲發疼，尤其是下午晚上嚴重。

請問這裏的大師們，這病在美國大概怎麽治？

能治得好一些嗎？多謝
