一個月前吃避孕藥，現在發現懷孕能要嗎？

我很擔心，去年4月到12月閉經，醫生開避孕藥。12月到1月15日就吃了一個月，之後沒有繼續吃。這兩天發現居然懷孕了，孩子會不會有問題？能要嗎？我現在四十出頭，月經不是很正常。以前做過流產，現在覺得不知如何是好。
