我這樣理解,Alzheimer(老年癡呆)和dementia(失憶)

Alzheimer是以dementia表現為主的疾病（另外包括情緒和思維的改變）。前者是病名，後者是一個籠統的症狀。兩者有重疊的部分但不對等。
