鼻翼到嘴角兩邊發紅是怎麽回事啊？

大家誰知道鼻翼兩邊到嘴角兩邊老發紅是怎麽回事啊？也不癢，就是紅。
是上火之類的還是皮炎？
這種問題問西醫肯定是沒用的
