在線的朋友能幫著解釋一下這個胃鏡檢查結果嗎？第二項提到了腸化生，看了材料覺得很害怕

Stomach, biopsy:
- Mild chronic inactive gastritis in antral and oxyntic mucosa
- Focal intestinal metaplasia in antral mucosa, negative for dysplasia
- Negative for endocrine cell hyperplasia on chromogranin study
- Immunohistochemical study for H. pylori is negative
