症狀是喉嚨發幹發緊，而且床上症狀消失，起來反而感覺不好，是否吃引起口幹喉嚨不適的其他藥物？

我並非反對你醫師食道反流的診斷，但你的主要症狀是症狀是喉嚨發幹發緊，而且床上症狀消失，起來反而感覺不好。。。這不像食道反流，也就是說，你可能同時有食道反流和喉嚨幹燥。。。

喉嚨幹燥可能有以下原因：
