新鮮的敗醬草～～搗爛取汁～冰凍一下更好～塗抹在奇癢紅腫處～～～幹了就再塗抹～～不停地塗抹。。。。中間留出一點點小空白。。。。

蒲公英～～～苦瓜汁～～～外塗～～內服～～

癢為熱。血熱就會蔓延。就會越腫越癢越大。。。。想辦法保持血涼。。。
