請幫忙, 怎麽理解, B 超: There is free fluid in the pelvis with the cul-de-sac fluit pocket measuring 4.6X3.1X1.5cm,  

The uterus appears normal in size. 

Both ovaries appear normal

No adnexal masses are seen

請問還有什麽可以引起盆腔積液?
