疑難雜症請教

      這疑難雜症是我爸看專家（一個帶博士生的導師）對他的博士生說的。我爸83歲，4年前開始大腿裏麵癢，日漸嚴重，現在已經無法入睡，因為一躺下就癢，隻有站著才不癢，看皮膚科，皮膚當然沒問題，是裏麵癢。看骨科，脊柱側歪，有點壓迫神經，但醫生說不是主要問題。看心血管科，血管狹窄，但也不到動手術的地步。就這麽被所有專家打入疑難雜症一類。問題是我爸不能睡覺，心髒受不了，直叫生不如死，我也束手無策，找不到症結，怎麽治療啊。

      請問這裏的醫學人士，你們有見過這樣的例子嗎，有什麽建議嗎。我爸有嚴重的萎縮性胃炎，愛吃藥，我們覺得他有點藥物上癮，但現在吃的少了。先謝謝大家了。
