問個趕冒問題

三天前我感覺嗓子鼻子疼，發燒到102度。硬抗了兩天，結果發燒燒得頭暈全身疼痛無力。昨天抗不住了才開始吃泰諾，燒下來了，但病毒似乎向下繼續走，今天開始咳嗽，感覺氣管也疼。請問醫生朋友：什麽時候需要看醫生呢？我現在就是多喝水吃水果，吃泰諾控製體溫。謝謝先！
